The Adapter Automatic Burn‑In Test Line is an intelligent, unmanned integrated test system that combines automatic conveying, automatic power‑up, load simulation, full‑process monitoring, and data acquisition & analysis. It is specifically designed for electrical stress aging tests and final performance inspections of chargers (including power adapters, fast charging heads, etc.) before they leave the factory. It serves as a critical quality defense line and data hub connecting product assembly with final packaging.

By simulating real‑world usage scenarios (long‑term full‑load / dynamic load operation) and integrating automation technologies, this test line efficiently and reliably identifies early‑life failures in advance, ensuring the stability and safety of outgoing products. It is a core piece of equipment for achieving high‑quality, high‑efficiency production.

Function Description

The line utilizes a conveyor belt together with recyclable burn‑in carts or tooling plates to achieve automatic transfer and logistics circulation of power supply products, thereby reducing manual handling.
The line adopts Guanjia’s self‑developed energy‑saving aging load to simulate various load conditions that the power supply experiences in actual operation. It typically offers multiple selectable modes such as Constant Current (CC), Constant Voltage (CV), and LED mode to accommodate different types of power supplies (e.g., switching power supplies, LED drivers).
High/Low Temperature Aging Environment: To accelerate the exposure of potential product defects, the line is typically equipped with a high‑temperature test chamber or heating chamber, capable of creating and controlling a high‑temperature environment ranging from –30°C to approximately 120°C. Some designs utilize the heat generated by the products themselves and the heat sources in the load area to maintain the required temperature without additional heating.
An industrial PC (computer) and software are used to monitor and record the entire aging process in real time. The monitored parameters include voltage, current, power, power factor, temperature, and aging duration for each aging position.
