He was named one of Dongguan's first batch of "Chief Technicians" and receives a monthly municipal government subsidy of RMB 1,000. Currently, there are only 100 "Chief Technicians" citywide, of whom five are based in Tangxia.

Zou Shu, a native of Jiangxi Province, is now 39 years old. He graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, majoring in Power Electronics and Power Drives. After working for a foreign enterprise in Shenzhen, he joined Dongguan Guanjia Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. in Tangxia in 2007, where he has been engaged in product research and development.
