In recent years, domestically produced smartphones have advanced at a remarkable pace, embracing innovative technologies while achieving significant improvements in both craftsmanship and performance. However, due to large screens, coupled with extensive usage for gaming, news browsing, photography, and social media scrolling, battery life remains a critical challenge. The slogan "Five minutes of charging, two hours of talk time" has propelled fast‑charging technology to sweep across the entire mobile phone industry. Consequently, a proliferation of protocols has emerged—including TYPE‑C‑PD3.0, QC2.0, QC3.0, MTK2.0, MTK3.0, FCP, and SCP—yet no unified industry standard has been established.

Fast‑charging chargers differ significantly from their conventional counterparts. For instance, a charger equipped with the TYPE‑C USB PD3.0 protocol supports seven voltage outputs: 5V, 7V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 19V, and 20V. However, to obtain a desired voltage output for performance testing, the current practice relies solely on PD3.0‑enabled computers or smartphones, which can only produce specific voltages. This poses considerable inconvenience for charger manufacturers in development debugging, production testing, and burn‑in testing. Moreover, each time a new fast‑charging protocol is adopted, a dedicated switching board must be replaced—a costly and inefficient process. As a flagship company in the burn‑in testing industry, we deem it both necessary and our obligation to resolve this industry‑wide challenge. Thus, after 3,000 hours of intensive brainstorming among five industry experts, the industry's only universal fast‑charge voltage switcher was born.

Applications: The universal fast‑charge voltage switcher is designed for development testing, production testing, and burn‑in testing of fast‑charge adapters, fast chargers, and fast‑charge power banks.

Functions: The universal fast‑charge voltage switcher supports a comprehensive range of protocols, including TYPE‑C‑PD3.0, QC2.0, QC3.0, MTK2.0, MTK3.0, FCP, and SCP. It features built‑in communication capabilities, allowing voltage settings and readings to be configured via host computer software, or manually switched as needed.
