ATS Test System -9000

Covers key power nodes such as HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current), PCS (Power Conversion System), PSU (server power supplies), IBC (Intermediate Bus Converter), VRM (Voltage Regulator Module), and BBU (Battery Backup Unit).

The ATS-9000 is a high-performance automated test platform designed for next-generation data center power supplies and general-purpose power conversion devices. It is suitable for full-parameter verification of AC/DC power supplies, power converters, chargers, server power supplies, and other related products.

The system supports up to 8 UUTs (Units Under Test) for independent parallel testing, significantly improving testing efficiency in both production line and R&D environments. Its modular architecture allows users to select instrument resources (such as power sources, loads, meters, and timing analysis modules) on demand, enabling flexible expansion from single-station to multi-station configurations while balancing cost-effectiveness and future upgradeability.

For data center applications, the ATS-9000 specifically covers performance evaluation of key power nodes including HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current), PCS (Power Conversion System), PSU (server power supplies), IBC (Intermediate Bus Converter), VRM (Voltage Regulator Module), and BBU (Battery Backup Unit). It supports dedicated tests such as dynamic response, efficiency, ripple, timing, and protection characteristics, providing comprehensive system-level verification assurance for high-reliability data center power systems.

☆  Flexible and simple test editing:Built‑in test commands, an easy‑to‑use editing environment, user‑definable test items according to requirements, and the ability to link defined test items through the test program editor.

Universal and effective execution modes:Debug run to verify user‑defined test items and test programs; GO/NG run for pass/fail testing with one‑key operation; online instrument control for synchronous control and monitoring of hardware devices.

Extensive analysis toolsAutomatic generation of test data tables, DSO waveforms, and relationship curves; statistical reporting function automatically generates various statistical analysis reports; report data can be printed or saved.
