The large cylindrical cell formation all-in-one equipment is an efficient and integrated solution specifically designed for 4680 and other large cylindrical lithium‑ion batteries. This equipment highly integrates multiple key processes—including formation, capacity testing, temperature management, data monitoring, and post‑processing—into a single unit, achieving full‑process automation with one machine. Through precise charge/discharge control and real‑time operating condition monitoring, it efficiently and reliably completes the initial activation and performance screening of battery cells. It significantly improves production consistency, saves floor space, and reduces energy consumption, making it a key piece of equipment for promoting large‑scale and intelligent production of large cylindrical batteries.

☆  Capacity grading & water‑cooling integrated machine – The power supply DCDC is arranged above the mechanical unit (supports single‑side or dual‑side terminals). Chamber temperature uniformity reaches up to ±2°C, offering excellent temperature uniformity performance.            

  Dual monitoring methods – Smoke sensor + temperature control effectively ensure test safety. Stainless steel plates and fire‑resistant rock wool are used for isolation between layers.  

  Modular probe module design – Allows quick pull‑out for easy installation, replacement, and maintenance.               

  Diversified probe structures – Adapt to various terminal configurations of different battery chemistries and enable rapid product changeover.
