To meet the company's talent acquisition needs and further enhance the interviewing skills of department heads, Guanjia Technology Co., Ltd. recently hosted a Gold Medal Interviewer Training session at the headquarters' first‑floor conference room. General Manager Li Chuimeng attended and provided guidance, with relevant company leaders and department heads participating in the training.
The training was delivered by a former HR executive from a Fortune 500 company. Divided into morning and afternoon sessions, the programme saw high levels of engagement from participants, who contributed to a lively and interactive atmosphere. During the sessions, attendees formed groups for discussion, with group leaders sharing interviewing experiences and raising practical challenges encountered in their work. Drawing on the company's specific context, the instructor highlighted and analysed key points requiring attention during the interview process, using clear and accessible language to explain complex concepts. The training achieved its intended objectives.
The company further required that participants enhance their professional awareness and overall competence, so as to project a positive and professional corporate image to external stakeholders. The Human Resources Department was instructed to systematically review the course content, extract key takeaways, and develop assessment materials. The communications team was tasked with producing training videos for dissemination across all departments for further study and implementation. The company emphasised that all staff should engage in repeated study and thorough comprehension of the material, applying the theoretical knowledge to future interview practices to ensure that the training yields tangible and lasting results.
