2025.12.09

Dongguan Guanjia Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the production of automation equipment and energy‑saving devices. Through increased R&D investment and the reinforcement of its talent pool, the company has steadily enhanced its competitiveness and has now evolved into a modern, new‑style enterprise with a strong focus on energy conservation and environmental protection.

During a visit to the company, our reporter observed that its premises are relatively modest in size and its workforce is small. According to the management, the company has invested substantial funds in equipment acquisition, significantly raising its level of automation and substantially reducing labour requirements. At present, the company employs a total of only 200 staff members, of whom 68 are R&D personnel, while merely 132 frontline workers are engaged in production and equipment maintenance. Despite the limited number of employees, Guanjia Electronics boasts impressive productivity, with its annual output value projected to reach RMB 100 million this year. Furthermore, the company demonstrates remarkable R&D capabilities, having filed 43 patent applications since 2006. In 2011, it was accredited as a National High‑Tech Enterprise.

Li Chuimeng, General Manager of Dongguan Guanjia Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd., stated: "In recent years, we have dedicated considerable funds and efforts to the recruitment of technical talent, and it is highly worthwhile to vigorously promote investment in science and technology."

At present, the company is in the midst of its peak production season, and many enterprises are facing labour shortages. However, thanks to the earlier transformation and upgrading efforts, Guanjia Electronics enjoys a high degree of automation, and its production capacity is more than adequate to meet the growth in orders.
