Project Background


The OPPO 100W charger automated assembly line is a flexible automated/semi‑automated production line specifically designed for mobile phone charger assembly. It integrates panel testing, depaneling, soldering, dispensing, laser engraving, riveting, inspection, unloading sorting, burn‑in, testing, and packaging into a single system, meeting capacity requirements and production flexibility while accommodating the diversified needs of OEM orders.


With deep collaboration with multiple benchmark enterprises in China's mobile phone charger OEM sector, and in response to the rapid growth of domestic consumer electronics production capacity, the client has established a fully automatic/semi‑automatic OPPO 100W charger automated assembly line to improve product quality and consistency. The system, through automated fixture circulation, optimises efficiency, stabilises quality, reduces energy consumption, and enables data‑driven traceability management.


The current manufacturing processes are primarily confronted with the following challenges:

✅ Low manual assembly efficiency and poor quality control, making it difficult to meet capacity expansion needs.

✅ Lack of standardised operating procedures, resulting in insufficient product consistency.

✅ Absence of real‑time monitoring and data traceability mechanisms.


To address these issues, the client has decided to introduce an automated/semi‑automated assembly line solution to enhance production efficiency and product reliability.

First、 Introduction to Core Equipment

Panel Testing: Performs static inspection of components and circuit integrity, dynamically verifies charging functionality and protection mechanisms, and uploads actual test results to the MAS system.

Depaneling:Removes excess board edges and sorts out defective units identified during testing.

Soldering:Ensures consistent and controllable solder joint quality for every connection.

Dispensing:Precisely applies sealing compounds, thermal interface materials, and RTV silicone to guarantee product sealing performance and thermal conductivity.

Laser Engraving:Utilises permanent laser marking as the core process, interfacing with the MAS system to achieve high‑efficiency, high‑precision, and fully traceable mass production.

Riveting:Employs high‑frequency vibration to form plastic rivet studs, delivering fast, secure, aesthetically consistent, and low‑cost assembly that supports rapid mass production.

Inspection:Integrated throughout the entire process, inspecting both components and finished products to identify and reject non‑conforming items

Unloading & Defective Sorting:Upon completion of all process steps, classifies, isolates, labels, and records defective units to prevent mix‑ups and ensure closed‑loop quality control.

This production line is widely used in the consumer electronics sector, covering a range of power adapter products including consumer digital devices, smart home appliances, and lighting and security systems. It accommodates batch production, R&D trial runs, and after‑sales service needs.
