Project Background
The power supply assembly line is an automated/semi‑automated flexible production line specifically designed for industrial power supplies. It integrates parts feeding, insertion, assembly, dispensing, fastening, inspection, burn‑in, testing, and packaging into a single system, meeting the high‑reliability and high‑consistency production requirements of automotive‑grade standards.
Multiple projects have been implemented at benchmark enterprises in China's industrial power supply sector. In response to the rapid growth of industrial power supply production capacity and the increasing demand for product consistency, the client plans to build fully automatic/semi‑automatic industrial power supply assembly lines. The system, through automated fixture circulation, is expected to optimise efficiency, stabilise quality, reduce energy consumption, and enable data‑driven traceability management.
The current manufacturing processes are primarily confronted with the following challenges:
✅ Low manual assembly efficiency and poor quality control, making it difficult to meet capacity expansion needs.
✅ Lack of standardised operating procedures, resulting in insufficient product consistency.
✅ Absence of real‑time monitoring and data traceability mechanisms.
To address these issues, the client has decided to introduce an automated/semi‑automated assembly line solution to enhance production efficiency and product reliability.
一、Core Equipment Overview
Automated Loading/Unloading – automated sorting, conveying, and positioning of components for efficient assembly.
Fastening – servo‑driven screw fasteners with sensor feedback, data uploaded to AMES for consistent torque and traceability.
Assembly – precision assembly using dedicated machines to ensure exact fit.
Dispensing – precise application of sealants, thermal greases, and RTV silicones for optimal sealing and heat dissipation.
Labeling – automatic printing and robotic application of QR/SN/traceability codes for complete product lifecycle tracking.
Inspection – end‑to‑end quality checks from components to finished goods, with automatic rejection of defects.

This production line equipment is applicable to industrial power supply manufacturers.
