Learning via Assessment, Excellence via Certification

       On the afternoon of December 22, 2025, the Xiegang Branch of the Dongguan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau conducted the "Level 5 Electrician" vocational skill level certification examination at the Manufacturing Center of Guanjia Technology Co., Ltd. The company's administrative and production departments coordinated and cooperated closely, with a number of electricians participating in the assessment.

The examination was divided into two components: a theoretical test and a practical operation. The company had meticulously arranged the examination venue for its employees. During the theoretical test, which was held first, the administrative department guided the employees to enter the venue in an orderly manner and distributed the test papers, while the production department assisted the bureau officials in on‑site proctoring. Upon receiving their papers, some employees concentrated on reviewing the questions, others pondered intently, and still others began writing their answers immediately. At times they furrowed their brows in deep thought; at other moments they appeared suddenly enlightened. Their focused demeanour reflected the great importance they attached to this assessment. Throughout the process, the proctors fulfilled their duties with dedication, and the employees voluntarily observed the examination discipline. The atmosphere on site was both solemn and harmonious, fully demonstrating the company's positive corporate image.

Upon the conclusion of the theoretical test, all participants proceeded to the workshop for the practical operation assessment. The company had demarcated clearly defined examination zones and prepared in advance all necessary equipment and facilities, thereby providing a professional and standardised platform for the candidates to perform at their best. During the practical assessment, the candidates received their test assignments in batches, demonstrating proficiency in reading technical drawings, material preparation, and operational execution. They used tools with precision, meticulously assembled circuits, and executed each step with practised dexterity, showcasing the wealth of hands‑on experience and superior technical competence they had accumulated over the years. The examiners, upholding a highly responsible attitude, observed the candidates' operations with unwavering attention and meticulous care throughout the process. At times they paused to watch closely; at other moments they exchanged subdued remarks, carefully documenting every technical detail of the candidates' performance. They rigorously graded each operation against the established scoring rubrics, ensuring that the practical assessment was conducted in a fair, impartial, and professional manner.

The vocational skill level certification assessment serves not only as an authoritative validation of individual employees' technical competence but also as a platform for mutual exchange, collaborative learning, and professional development.
