Deputy Mayor Ni Ting of Xiegang Town, Dongguan City, Graces the Inauguration Ceremony of the "Guangdong Provincial Postdoctoral Workstation" at Guanjia Technology Co., Ltd.

 On the morning of May 28, a delegation led by Ni Ting, Deputy Mayor of Xiegang Town, Dongguan City, visited Guanjia Technology Co., Ltd. to attend the unveiling ceremony of the “Guangdong Provincial Postdoctoral Workstation.” Liao Jiting, Deputy Director of the Xiegang Branch of the Dongguan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, along with other bureau officials, accompanied the visit.

General Manager Li Chuimeng introduced the company’s core businesses, with a particular emphasis on the progress made in key areas such as the surge in production and operation metrics, the establishment of a high-caliber talent recruitment system, and the construction of an intelligent manufacturing industrial park.

Ni Ting noted that the purpose of this visit was twofold: first, to extend congratulations to Guanjia Technology Co., Ltd. on being awarded the title of “Guangdong Provincial Postdoctoral Workstation”; and second, to gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s practical needs in areas such as talent acquisition and employee settlement, so as to formulate targeted policies and inject greater impetus into the company’s high-quality development.

Ni Ting affirmed the outstanding achievements made by Guanjia Technology Co., Ltd. in areas such as output value contribution and talent cultivation. She pointed out that the company has elevated talent recruitment and development to a strategic level, actively fostering an atmosphere that encourages innovation and values hands-on practice. With remarkable accomplishments in the manufacturing of aging test equipment and automation equipment, the company has made significant contributions to the flourishing manufacturing sector of Dongguan City.

Ni Ting emphasized that the town government would address the various issues and needs raised by the enterprise through policy support and other measures, working hand in hand with the company to overcome development challenges. She encouraged the enterprise to have full confidence in Xiegang Town’s development. In recent years, the town has continuously intensified ecological and environmental governance, steadily improved infrastructure, and strived to build a modern town that is both livable and business-friendly, thereby cultivating a fertile ground for corporate growth.
